The service was exceptional; the staff was very eager to solve any problems and organized an excellent tour to Zakopane. The location couldn't have been better, right on the corner of Old Town, with beautiful views and easy access to all the main attractions. While the rooms overlooking the central street were very dark in the evening, making it hard to read or work, the backside rooms offered a beautiful park view and a 5 am sunrise.
